Job SummaryAs a statistical programmer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining ADaM datasets and other analytical outputs for clinical trials. You will work closely with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of programming deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain ADaM Datasets:Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all programming deliverables.Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to integrate, analyze, and document dataset activities.Assist in regulatory submissions and RTQs, providing clear, traceable, and compliant programming outputs.Work closely with internal tools and platforms, following established standards and governance.Troubleshoot data/programming issues and propose process enhancements.Ensure adherence to CDISC standards, good programming practices, and audit-ready documentation.Required Skills & QualificationsIndustrial Experience: 4-14 years of experience in industrial settings.R Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in R programming language.SAS Programming Expertise: Solid experience in SAS programming, especially in clinical/biostatistics environments.ADaM Dataset Development: Hands-on expertise in ADaM dataset development and TLF programming.CDISC Standards Knowledge: Good understanding of CDISC standards and clinical trial data flow.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced R Programming: Advanced or expert-level R programming skills.Oncology Therapeutic Area: Experience working on Oncology therapeutic area studies.Agile Ways of Working: Practical understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).GSK Tools Exposure: Prior experience using or supporting GSK tools and platforms.BenefitsImpactful Research Opportunities: Opportunity to work on impactful Oncology research with global teams.Continuous Learning: Continuous learning and upskilling environment.Collaborative Culture: Collaborative, agile work culture.Regulatory Compliance: Exposure to end-to-end statistical programming lifecycle and regulatory submissions.
