Role Description:

As a nascent and innovative company, we focus on exploring how cutting-edge AI can revolutionize financial analytics and valuations. We aim to build a team of forward-thinkers who are passionate about leveraging data, research, and technology to transform the financial landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on financial and AI industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies in finance and AI.
  • Benchmark competitors and analyze their approaches to finance-technology integration.

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, including industry reports, academic papers, and market databases.
  • Use statistical tools and AI-powered analytics to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible format.

Financial Analysis & Valuation Research:

  • Assist in researching valuation techniques and financial modeling trends.
  • Explore AI applications in valuations and financial modeling processes.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries, and presentations.
  • Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate research insights into strategic initiatives.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, finance, and analytics.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to integrating AI into financial workflows.


Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (students in their final year are welcome to apply).

Technical and Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of statistical programming languages and tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB, with a focus on data analysis and model building.

AI and Machine Learning Expertise (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation.
  • Basic understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics.
  • Experience with AI tools or platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
  • Understanding of the practical applications of AI in financial modeling and valuations.

  • Strong communication skills for effectively presenting complex findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and contribute to a dynamic team.
