Company DescriptionWe are into retail asset management where we make investments in Equity, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Derivatives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Derivatives Specialist, located on-site in Pune. The Derivatives Specialist will be responsible for conducting and analyzing trades, with a focus on financial derivatives such as swaps. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating trading strategies, executing trades efficiently, and managing risk associated with derivatives trading. The role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.QualificationsExperience with trading and managing financial derivatives, specifically swapsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative dataProficiency in quantitative finance conceptsBackground in finance or related fieldExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and communicate highly technical concepts clearlyBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferredExperience in a high-stakes financial environment is a plusIndustry level certifications must.
