Job Description:Location: Ahmadabad Employment type: Full-time ( Permanent)Major Responsibilities/Activities:Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectivesSupport regional sales executives.Evaluate individual performancesReport on regional sales resultsForecast quarterly and annual profitsPrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibilityAnalyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsParticipate in decisions for expansion or acquisitionSuggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactionAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of regional sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Qualifications:8+ years of experienceExperience of handling all sales operation in the filtration IndustryCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
