We are looking for Human Resource Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyThe Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting various human resource functions and initiatives within the organizationThey will assist in recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR complianceThe Human Resource Executive plays a critical role in promoting a positive work culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processesKey Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksCoordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hiresMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluationsSupport benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefitsAssist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plansHandle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits programsSupport employee relations initiatives, including resolving employee complaints, conducting investigations, and assisting with disciplinary actions when necessaryAssist in the coordination of training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking attendanceStay updated on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and make recommendations for policy updates as neededSupport HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and culture-building activitiesQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fieldAdditional HR certifications or coursework is advantageousProven experience in human resources or related roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practicesKnowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR complianceFamiliarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with employees at all levelsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling HR records and dataAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and issues effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve HR goals and objectivesProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointContinuous learning mindset, staying updated on HR trends, best practices, and industry advancementsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insurancePaid time offAbility to commute/relocate:Siliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Human resources management: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person
