As an accounting automation specialist, you will play a key role in transforming accounting firms by leveraging no-code AI automation. Our mission is to empower accountants to minimize repetitive tasks and focus on what matters most - serving their clients.About the RoleAs an agent product manager or agent PM, you'll use our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your experience in accounting or finance will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations - no coding required.What You Will Do:Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to comprehend business processes, pain points, and automation requirements.Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform.Map out end-to-end accounting processes and translate them into automation logic.Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of our platform.Document best practices and create user-friendly materials.Provide feedback to the product team for continuous platform improvement.Requirements:3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping, or related fields).Strong understanding of accounting workflows and terminology.Analytical thinker with a knack for process optimization.Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools - no coding experience required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, No-Code Automation tools.BenefitsWe offer a collaborative work environment, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for growth and development.
