You will have a direct impact on the organization's growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our strong team of Coordinators. Your focus will be on providing an excellent candidate experience to all new hires for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Recruiting team with candidate interview schedulingAble to effectively schedule multiple interviews weeklySchedule and communicate interview details with candidatesCommunicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting teamConduct background and reference checks for finalist candidatesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:4+ years of Recruiting Coordinating experienceAbility to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing prioritiesExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applicationsHS Diploma or GED requiredAbout UsTalent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
