Cloud-Based Dynamics 365 Finance ConsultantAbout the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Based Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions, you will be responsible for guiding business users through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing support.Your key responsibilities will include providing expert support and guidance to business users, contributing towards solution design, creating functional and customisation design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.You will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group, as well as supporting business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities.To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality, as well as the ability to identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities.
