Design and development of battery systems as per below requirements :• Battery power module design – mechanical packaging, layout, low-voltage circuit and components development• Power module enclosure and mounting design for battery systems• Concept design and simulation using Creo and Creo simulate• Creepage and clearance analysis of systems developed• Wiring harness and cable design• Sheet metal design for medium to large assemblies• Use knowledge of various manufacturing processes to deliver the solution that meets DFA & DFM• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and standard work guidesMust Have Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical with minimum 5-6 years’ experience• Experience with battery systems and / or power distribution unit system, HV and LV electrical components is MUST• Strong Creo design experience – working with concepts & assemblies• Strong sheet metal design experience• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work in team environment
