Job Title: Ecommerce Operations SpecialistAbout This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless product listings, efficient inventory management, and effective search term bidding and analysis.Main Responsibilities:Product Listings: Responsible for creating and managing product listings, including updating existing products and creating new SKUs as needed.Inventory Management: Analyzes sales data to inform production planning and ensure adequate stock levels.Search Term Bidding and Analysis: Optimizes bids to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and selects relevant keywords to ensure products are visible across the platform.Hygiene Changes: Oversees maintenance of accurate product information, including MRP, images, and descriptions.Skill Requirements:Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and their operations.Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and inform business decisions.Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Chance to develop and expand skills in ecommerce operations.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
