Role Summary:

Consultant must have minimum of 6 8 years of experience in SAP ARIBA and S/4 Procurement with expertise in the below areas.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead production support team on SLP Guided Buying Sourcing
  • Business Network CIG integrations S/4 Procure to Pay
  • Follow IT change management process for changes in Procure to Pay area.
  • Monitor the progress on changes being performed by the support team.
  • Review the productivity of the incident resolution by the support team in the Procure to Pay area.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues with Ariba S/4 and Business Network
  • Design and implement out of the box solution for the customization.

Qualifications:

Ariba:

  • Supplier Life cycle performanceintegration to S/4
  • SLP supplier request registration qualification modular questionnaire
  • Sourcing Guided Sourcing and catalogue management
  • Downstream systems experience (PR to PO.)
  • Master data replication process from S/4 to Ariba parent and child realms
  • Should have Working knowledge in SAP Business Network & Ariba CIG (Cloud integration Gateway).
  • Knowledge on CIG custom mapping
  • Knowledge on PO and Invoice IDocs
  • Should be familiar with troubleshooting /monitoring transaction flow between S4 and ARIBA.
  • Working knowledge of setting up invoice transaction rules in Business network
  • Working knowledge on various catalogue types subscriptions. Etc
  • Setting up guided buying policies
  • Spot buy configuration.
  • Configuration of Requisition workflows in Ariba
