Apart from these products, our proprietary platform relies heavily on AI/ML to offer unique listings and products, meeting specific requirements put forth by customers, thus increasing conversions.

Own a wide portfolio of our Platform Business, India. Primary focus will be on top talent attraction, retention, development, and engagement. Talent Acquisition, Business HR, HR Operations & Leaning will report in apart from relevant COE functions connected to these domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual objectives along with the daily production.
- Address challenges and obstacles efficiently, implementing solutions that align with company goals.
- Maintain regular reporting on team progress, challenges, and outcomes to higher management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Must have Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must have working knowledge of MS office
- 3+ years of the experience in environment is required
- Graduation is mandatory
