Job SummaryThe Global Lead for Microsoft Partner will be responsible for overseeing the orchestration and management of ALIANDO's Partner Program in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft.Access administration (in partnership with Technology), AOBO and other customer access relationships.Commercial marketplace solution administration (listings, readiness, health, and conversion).Lead tracking & referral submissions in partnership with Sales leadership; lead flow routing, SLAs, and data quality; co-sell opportunity hygiene and conversion monitoring.Claim submissions in partnership with Marketing; Incentives and Earnings tracking in partnership with Finance; revenue and earnings pacing vs. plan.Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship (PAL and CPOR, plus others as needed) to translate influenced Azure consumption and BizApps licensing into recognized partner metrics.Issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business; maintain an issue register with root cause analysis and remediation.Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.
