Position Overview

Innomotics APAC & MEis seeking a Procurement Buyer who will be responsible for managing indirectcategories in the India & ME within the Procurement, Logistics and ECCOrganization. The indirect commodities buyer will focus on assigned categoriesthat support and meet the needs of internal customers. Key responsibilitiesinclude development of sourcing strategies, delivery of cost savings throughchange management, managing supplier relationships, developing and effectivelymanaging internal customer relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepareand conduct negotiations& management of the indirect Procurement demands in the entireregion Middle East and India based on demand, market, and supplier analysis toensure long-term, cost-efficient, and reliable on-time supply in the requiredquality. Ensure close cooperation withinternal customers to reach the best results for the demandedpurchasing volume while adhering to legal and internal requirements inthe Categories Services & Goods, Travel & Fleet, IT & Real Estateand continuously seek opportunities for cost reductions, process efficiencyimprovements or end user enhancements. Ensure best in classtransparency regarding KPIs and persistently work towardsachievement of the given targets. Contributeto the implementationof global strategies for the different categories by implementingthem regionally in a tailored way.

Requirements:

Universitydegree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Engineering) required. Candidatewill demonstrate a successful track record in defining and implementingproductivity measures (e.g. tenders, negotiations). Mustbe a team player and like to cooperate with an international team. Multipleyears of relevant working experience in (indirect) Procurement or a similarfunction. Mustpossess good listening, analyzing, presenting and persuading skills. Gainedintercultural experiences and have a service attitude. Enjoynegotiations and to achieve challenging targets. Youwill work within an international team, where English is the main language. Mustbe fluent in English.
