As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we are on a mission to make the world a better place, one home at a time.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience and effective workforce planning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer closure.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate records.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Company Website - Bamboo Products: Buy Sustainable & Eco-friendly Product Online | BecoLinkedIn - (6) Beco: About | LinkedIn
