The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients in the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements.Coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and finalize offers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.Maintain recruitment reports, ATS entries, and compliance documentation.Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring).Solid understanding of US tax terms, time zones, and recruitment processes.Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.Strong sourcing abilities including Boolean search and social recruiting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team.Preferred SkillsExperience working with VMS systems or MSP clients.Knowledge of niche IT skills and current market trends.Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation aligned with experience.Opportunities for career growth in a stable and supportive work environment.Work with an energetic team that values collaboration and performance.
