Energies Process Specialist

Job OverviewAt Premier Energies, we are pioneers in the solar manufacturing space, capitalizing on opportunities in one of the fastest growing large solar companies in India.The organization provides innovative solar products and solutions to global customers across 17+ countries.Maintenance and operation of critical equipment such as ETP, WTP, STP, DI Plant, Blowers, Chemical Pumps with zero downtime.Operational control and troubleshooting of complex systems including multistage evaporation, air washers, filter press, compressors, driers, chillers, rain harvesting, VAM, boiler and other accessories.Expertise in Ultra-filtration and Reverse osmosis membrane operation and troubleshooting including chemical cleaning and fouling treatment of both membranes and resins.Process Parameters like Turbidity, ORP, PH, SDI, Conductivity and Silica etc. Maintenance as per Design Value.Knowledge and ability to maintain electrical automation systems (e.g. PLC, Stepper, Servo, Induction Motor, Pumps).A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Water Engineering and 4+ years of experience are required. Essential skills include Operations & Maintenance of ETP, WTP, STP, DI Plant, Blowers, Chemical Pumps, expertise in Ultra-filtration and Reverse osmosis membrane operation. Preferred skills include knowledge of chemical cleaning and fouling treatment of membranes and resins and ability to maintain electrical automation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies for all equipment and systems.Coordinating with cross-functional teams for operational control and troubleshooting.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Providing training and guidance to junior team members.Staying updated with the latest technology and innovations in the field.
