Job Title: Tech Lead - Website (Drupal)

Location: Noida, India(Hybrid)

YOE: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

  • Provide architectural guidance and make technology decisions for Drupal-based projects.
  • Mentor and support the development team in best practices and coding standards.
  • Oversee the development of Drupal modules, themes, and custom features.
  • Ensure alignment with technical specifications and business requirements.

Website Development

  • Set up Drupal environments (local, staging, production) and customize themes.
  • Install and configure CMS modules, application servers, and supporting tools.
  • Utilize expertise in PHP, Python, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Apache, MySQL, Angular JS, and Azure services.
  • Develop REST & SOAP APIs for cross-platform integrations and optimize application performance.
  • Manage database objects (queries, procedures, functions) and back-end storage components (e.g., Shared storage, EFS).

Deployment & Content Migration

  • Handle Drupal version upgrades and content migration from existing CMS tools.
  • Work with PHP frameworks for architectural development.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version control systems (Git, Azure TFS).

Quality Assurance

  • Define project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish coding standards and conduct peer reviews and testing.

Integration & Middleware Support

  • Integrate systems with Microsoft Azure Integration Layer, payment gateways, and business applications.
  • Install and configure SSL certificates, application servers, and web servers for middleware support.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 12–14 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting e-commerce platforms and mobile-responsive web portals.
  • Extensive exposure to content management systems, especially Drupal 8 and above.

Technical Expertise

  • Skilled in developing Drupal-based websites with strong architectural and development experience.
  • Proficient in performance optimization techniques and middleware configurations.
  • Knowledgeable in Linux and Windows operating systems.

Certifications (Must-Have)

  • Acquia Certified Developer - Drupal 8 or above
  • Additional certifications in Drupal 8 (e.g., Certified Developer & Site Builder) are optional but preferred.
