Roles & Responsibilities:
Program execution and collaboration
- Execute marketing strategies designed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, design, digital marketing, analyst relations, partner marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Project Management
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
- Monitor program performance, track progress against goals, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and new initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data on customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Regularly report on the progress and success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing programs where applicable.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on program management.
- Proven track record of executing complex marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing programs.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organization, and attention to detail.
