Quality Assurance Engineer Role We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality strategy for our Conversational AI platform. As a cornerstone of our Quality Assurance team, you'll drive the design, development, and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks. This isn't just about writing test scripts—it's about owning quality end-to-end. You'll collaborate closely with our AI engineers, product teams, and platform architects to embed quality into every layer of our Agentic AI platform. About The Role:Lead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for Interface.ai's Conversational AI platform.Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks beyond Selenium, PlayWright, TestNG, Appium or RestAssured.AI-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.Innovation: Be part of our innovation lab to redefine Quality assurance in the new world.End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives.Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers in adopting AI tools and best practices.Performance & Scale: Design and execute load, stress, and latency tests for our distributed systems. About You:Experience: At least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks.Technical Expertise:High Proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation.Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.AI/Fintech Edge: Exposure to testing AI/ML systems or fintech applications is a big plus.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration.Problem-Solving: A knack for tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with a structured, innovative approach.
