Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with hands-on experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium, and a solid understanding of CRM workflows, customizations, and integrations._______________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM using Playwright or Selenium.• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing across CRM modules.• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.• Ensure test coverage and quality assurance across customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile teams.• Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks.
