SCDP Consultant Job DescriptionAs a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors SCDP expert, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions for our clients. Your expertise in SCDP configuration and implementation will be instrumental in supporting talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and provide guidance to leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management Systems.Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer for HR teams and business users.Offer best practices guidance, process optimization, and system enhancements recommendations.
