Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries, managing bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and help create a positive image for Surprise Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, addressing inquiries about our services, packages, and event planning options.
- Booking Management: Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment processing, ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance and responding promptly to their needs.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the event planning, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback post-event to understand satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and enhance our service offerings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback using CRM software or other tracking systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the events, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle customer issues efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, booking systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends or evenings as per client demands.
