Simulation Process EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Simulation Process Engineer to assume key responsibilities in our engineering consultancy. As a vital member of the team, you will be accountable for developing and validating process simulations using industry-leading tools such as Aspen Plus and HYSYS.Main Responsibilities:Develop and validate process simulations using advanced software solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to simulation models and process performance.Conduct thorough adequacy checks and support process optimization for existing plant operations.Apply in-depth knowledge of separation technologies, including distillation, extraction, evaporation, and chemical reactions.Perform detailed heat and mass balance calculations and hydraulic analysis across various process systems.Execute equipment sizing for unit operations such as distillation columns and heat exchangers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely technical inputs.Required Skills:Proficiency in advanced simulation software, specifically AspenTech.Strong grasp of fundamental chemical/process engineering principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
