Senior Learning Operations Manager

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and proactive operational leader to oversee the end-to-end readiness and delivery of our online learning programs.The ideal candidate will have strong operational acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global partner teams.Key Responsibilities:Operational ManagementOversight of course setup and maintenance to ensure timely and accurate launch schedules.Alignment to defined standards across all program launches.Review of course configurations for consistency and compliance.Management of course closure reports, survey tracking, and completion analysis.Team LeadershipLeadership and mentorship of a team of operational coordinators to drive accountability and efficiency.Workload distribution, performance metrics, and deliverables monitoring to ensure SLA adherence.Skill development and knowledge sharing within the team to foster excellence.Cross-Functional CollaborationClosely working with Program Delivery, Product, Marketing, and IT teams for smooth program launches and issue resolution.Liaising with Global Partner Teams for blended course requirements and partner satisfaction.Point of escalation for LMS-related challenges and coordination of timely resolutions.Process Improvement and ReportingIdentification and implementation of process enhancements for increased efficiency and scalability.Tracking and analysis of course readiness metrics and learner engagement trends through dashboards and reports.Collaboration with data and reporting teams for automation of recurring tasks and improved visibility.Stakeholder Management Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on LMS-related matters.Adherence to academic and operational standards while meeting partner expectations.Support for audits, documentation updates, and change management initiatives as required.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.
