Job Title: Senior Tax AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of tax principles and U.S. GAAP compliance, who excel in dynamic environments driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-border collaboration.The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset—committed to delivering excellence and driving meaningful impact within a high-performance culture.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120) for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination.Handle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open items.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CPA, EA, or pursuing is a plus.3-5 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation for NFPs.Ability to interpret U.S. tax laws as applied to contractors.Essential Technical Skills:Familiarity with GoSystem Tax RS or CCH Axcess.Solid understanding and proven practical application of US GAAP accounting standards and methodologies.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication, enabling clear and effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adhere strictly to deadlines.Benefits:Health Insurance for you and your dependents including parents.Provident Fund.3 % Fixed CTC Budget for Learning Opportunities.Market Leading Leave Policy.Paid Holidays per Calendar Year.Employee Recognition & Rewards.One of the best cultures of benevolent meritocracy.Job Details:Title: Associate/Senior Associate - Tax.Annual Compensation: As per Industry Standard.Work Schedule: In-Office for Delhi, and Remote for good outstation candidates.Nature: Full time.Shift: 9-hour shift between 5 PM – 5 AM IST.Location: Delhi, India.
