Senior Implementation Manager Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional who can drive operational excellence in AI solution deployments. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.The Senior Implementation Manager will lead a team of implementation managers and cross-functional contributors to deliver world-class, predictable, and scalable AI solutions to customers.This role requires strong execution leadership skills, with experience in running technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a distributed team environment. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices in project management, as well as driving process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency. They will work closely with product, engineering, and value enablement teams to ensure that customer implementations are successful and result in reusable product patterns.Key Responsibilities:Delivery Excellence and Workflow Ownership: Define and implement best practices in project management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI solutions.Productization of Delivery Workflows: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn customer implementations into reusable product patterns.Customer Implementation Leadership: Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver AI solutions to customers.People and Process Leadership: Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and define best practices in project management.Metrics, Reporting, and Governance: Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure delivery performance and governance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and value enablement teams to ensure customer success.Qualifications:5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally in AI, data, or software development projects.Proven ability to run delivery projects with remote teams and distributed stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows.
