Job Summary

:

The Assistant Manager, Account & Finance, is a critical role on the Business Unit Team. This broad-ranging position is responsible for the integrity of profitability in the business as well as all of its financial planning and reporting. This position exists to guide the decision-making processes and positively impact the financial results of the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

·Overall responsibility for timely completion of various audits like Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, Review of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, Transfer Pricing Study.

·Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (internal – current team; external – auditors, bankers).

·Co-coordinating Assessments or Audits under Direct / Indirect Tax Laws

·Establish processes for month-end closing activities and periodic audits.

·Participate in month-end closing processes and day-to-day accounting.

·Knowledge of Fixed Asset Management.

·Knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS

·Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience and Skills:

·Qualified Chartered Accountant

·Prior working experience with Manufacturing Sector or from Audit Firms (preferred)

·Good Knowledge of SAP FICO.

·Experience of 6-7 years in Accounting, Audits and Taxation.

·Knowledge of Fixed Asset Management.

·Knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS.
