This is the foundation of our work at Sparkling Mindz.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will help create learning experiences that support children’s thinking, expression and growth. This includes:Planning child-centered learning outcomes aligned with Sparkling Mindz philosophyCreating lesson plans, worksheets and learning materialsUpdating plans based on feedback, reflection and classroom observationsFacilitating sessions that encourage exploration, conversation and meaningful engagementObserving and documenting children’s learning every dayWorking with mentors and peers to design and refine learning experiencesSharing weekly updates on children’s progressPlanning and facilitating emergent sessions based on children’s interestsCommunicating regularly with parentsAttending team meetings, trainings and reflective sessionsBringing new ideas and approaches into the classroomImproving your facilitation through continuous learning and experimentationQualifications and QualitiesEducationGraduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university3 to 5 years of work experience preferredB.Ed is a plusSkills and DispositionsStrong communication and listening skillsCuriosity and willingness to learnComfort with new and evolving teaching approachesEmpathy, creativity and responsibilityInterest in working with groups of childrenExperience in writing, public speaking or creative fields is helpfulTraining or background in psychology is a plusAbility to use MS Office and basic technology toolsCompensationBased on your demonstrated skills and market standards.How to ApplyEmail us your resume and a cover letter that explains why you want to work with us and why you believe you fit this role.
