Job Title: English and Soft Skills ProfessorWe are seeking a highly qualified English and Soft Skills Professor to join our academic team.About the Role To teach and examine courses at Post-Graduation level in English through lectures, seminars, tutorials, coursework, and personal supervision. To plan and review own approach to teaching. To act as a coach and role model through excellent practice and mentoring. To provide pastoral support for students. To contribute to curriculum development. Responsibilities To take a leading role in or contribute to the development of teaching and teaching methods and assessment. To work with national bodies on curriculum development and quality assurance. Develop and teach postgraduate courses in English & soft skills. Engage in innovative approaches to learning and teaching. Publish high-quality research in leading English Language Journals. Participate in committees at departmental, college, and/or university levels as assigned; Actively engage in promoting the growth of the Institute. Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Department Chair. Requirements A Ph.D. in English Literature or related fields with relevant experience in teaching and research. An established track record of publishing scholarly articles in international journals. Demonstrated expertise in course design, teaching, and assessment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
