From testing real-time interactions (like WebSockets and server-sent events) to ensuring the reliability of our Voice models and APIs, you will solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI and fintech.Our QA team is a tight-knit group passionate about delivering flawless experiences. We're working on groundbreaking projects—like automating AI model validation and building self-service testing tools as platform services.We're looking for a seasoned SDET with expertise in test automation, AI, and fintech. You should have a proven track record of driving quality initiatives and mentoring teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for Interface.ai's Conversational AI platform, covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks beyond Selenium, PlayWright, TestNG, Appium or RestAssured. We focus on custom solutions tailored to our AI-driven workflows.AI-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows, ensuring our virtual assistants perform flawlessly under real-world conditions.End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives, from crafting detailed test plans to executing them across CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions).Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers in adopting AI tools and best practices, while partnering with cross-functional teams to solve system-wide quality challenges.If you're passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and shaping the future of AI in financial services, we'd love to hear from youRequirements:We're looking for an experienced SDET with a strong background in test automation, AI, and fintech.
