 Role & Responsibilities:

1. Direct Sales Expertise – Drive end-to-end sales of automated car parking systems, ensuring seamless communication from lead generation to project handover.

2. Client Relationship Management – Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing the entire sales process through to final payment collection.

3. Market Insight & Expansion – Build relationships with builders, developers, and architects through in-depth planning, solution discussions, and project meetings.

4. Sales Territory Mastery – Leverage a solid understanding of the construction industry and the geographical intricacies of Chennai to capture and convert new business opportunities.

5. Technical & Design Collaboration – Consult with clients on design layouts, providing tech-driven solutions to meet their unique parking needs.

6. Consultative Selling – Identify key sales opportunities, conduct techno-commercial discussions, and provide expert guidance on design, layout, and installation.


 What We’re Looking For:

- Experience – 2 to 6 years in sales, preferably in the construction, building, or architectural solutions sectors.

- Results-Driven – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strategic, goal-oriented approach.

- Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with AutoCAD and layout designs, enabling smooth collaboration with architects and engineers.

- Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
