This role involves transactional account updates, documentation, and occasional outbound calls following established SOPs.This opportunity includes a structured certification program, and successful completion is required to begin servicing and earning revenue.What You Will DoService Partners supporting this program can expect to:- Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple report types and account update tasks- Document all actions taken for audit trail accuracy- Make occasional outbound calls using approved scripts- Maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and productivityTop Skills for Success- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Excellent listening ability- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment- Dependability and strong task prioritization skillsCertification Program DetailsPhase I – Instructor-Led & Self-Study TrainingDates: 22 December 2025 – 20 January 2026Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6-hour class (including 2 hours self-study)Time: 7:30 PM – 1:30 AM ISTNo Class: 24, 25, 31 December; 1, 26 JanuaryWhat to Expect:- Training on client systems, processes, and procedures- Security module completion required before call-taking- High concentration, detail-focused learning- 100% attendance strongly encouragedPhase II – Certification Call-TakingDates: 21 January 2026 – 27 January 2026Details:- Apply Phase I learnings in a live environment- Minimum 20 hours per week (40 intervals) required- Must service during intervals posted in Starmatic (scheduling software)- Start earning service revenue after certification beginsCertification RequirementsTo successfully complete certification, learners must:- Finish all self-directed assignments- Pass all client assessments, including final assessment- Complete Security Awareness course with a score of 85% or higherSystem & Equipment RequirementsAll agents must meet platform and client requirements:- Windows 11 (latest version with no pending updates)- Minimum 8 GB RAM- Dual monitors (can be provided by company)- USB VoIP headset required for training & servicing- Professional, quiet workspaceFull system standards will be provided.Intervals Available for ServicingMonday – Friday8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST(Subject to change based on client needs)Service Level RequirementsTo remain active on the program, agents must meet:- Commitment Adherence: >90%- Minimum 3 transactions per interval servicedFailure to meet service levels may result in SOW termination.Background Check & VerificationThis opportunity requires:- Background check- Photo ID verification (via mobile device)- Valid Aadhar card- Accurate legal name (matching Experian records)System access codes are issued only after all prerequisites are completed.Important NotesYou do NOT qualify for this program if you cannot meet system, background check, attendance, or service level requirements.The Statement of Work (SOW) takes precedence over this summary.How to ApplyDrop your email or direct text to this post we will be in touch
