We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate Healtour Solutions' global brand identity and positioning.
Key Responsibilities Brand Development:
Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Healtour’s vision, mission, and business goals.
Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify branding opportunities.
Leverage insights to craft innovative and data-driven branding campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that amplify brand awareness.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital, print, and event-based platforms.
Creative Direction:
Provide strategic guidance to creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Approve visuals, copy, and other creative materials for consistency and impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of branding efforts across all initiatives.
Build relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver world-class branding solutions.
Performance Measurement:
Establish KPIs for branding initiatives and measure success through detailed analytics and reporting.
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance insights and market feedback.
Qualifications Education: MBA with specialization in Marketing/Brand Management. Preference will be given to candidates from MICA , any of the top 10 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) , or other equivalent top-tier institutions.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy roles, preferably in top branding/advertising agencies.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing impactful brand strategies.
Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and market trends.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
