Customer Success AssociateHaply is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a driven Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is an entry-to-mid-level role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering value to customers in the home services and homeowners association (HOA) space.You will be part of a small team that prioritizes efficient execution, high ownership, and clear communication.Engage with homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through phone calls, texts, and emails to build trust and generate interest in Haply's platform.Develop and execute outreach campaigns to schedule meetings and demonstrate the value proposition of Haply's solution.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and provide exceptional customer experiences.Support basic marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customers.Work closely with the team to refine messaging and outreach playbooks based on customer feedback and performance metrics.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversions, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.What You Need To SucceedBe comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily targets.Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Be organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in your work.Be self-driven and eager to learn the sales process in a fast-growing startup environment.Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and other communication platforms is a plus.Nice to HavePrevious sales or outreach experience is highly desirable.Experience with B2C or B2 nonprofit outreach is a valuable asset.Understanding of communities, HOAs, or home services is beneficial.Our ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment with priority given to candidates based in India.Why Join UsAs an early team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a US-based startup.
