Job Summary:  Datta Power Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - PMO to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects align with business goals, track project progress, set deadlines, develop project plans, and manage resources efficiently. This role follows a waterfall methodology and focuses on the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all projects align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring milestones are met.
Set and manage deadlines for specific tasks within projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timeline, and resources required.
Review documentation related to project creation, development, and implementation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Distribute and allocate resources accurately to ensure project efficiency.
Implement and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control.
Create detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes for senior management and stakeholders.
Regularly review and update existing procedures to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of the waterfall methodology.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
