TL Edtech has an exclusive partnership with 40 of India’s largest Universities across 16 Indian states, trains 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages, works with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manages over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.


Lead Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple instructional design projects from inception to completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocation.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.


2.Instructional Design:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and define educational objectives.

Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including eLearning modules, workshops, and training resources.

Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.


3.Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their training needs and business goals.

Present instructional design solutions and project proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into project development.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-implementation, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.


4.Quality Assurance:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of instructional materials and programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with client objectives.

Implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback and performance metrics. Team Leadership:

Mentor and lead a team of instructional designers and project coordinators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Promote best practices in project management and instructional design within the team and across the organization.
