We are seeking a strategic financial leader to drive fiscal efficiency and regulatory compliance in our organization.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.Develop and implement tax strategies, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, and optimize liabilities through credits and deductions.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal and external audits, and internal controls; identify cost savings and process improvements.Supervise accounting operations using enterprise resource planning systems like NetSuite or SAP.Collaborate with executives on mergers and acquisitions due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic advisory; mentor finance teams and ensure cross-functional alignment.Requirements:Active certified public accountant (CPA) license with 150 credit hours; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.7+ years of experience in corporate finance/controller roles, with 3+ years focused on tax compliance and GAAP reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel, tax software, and ERP/automation tools.PREFERRED SKILLSExpertise in US-specific tax policies and multi-state compliance.Proven leadership in high-growth environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience with international transactions or industry-specific accounting (tech/SaaS preferred)
