Role Overview:
As the Head of Engineering, you will lead, scale, and nurture the engineering organization to execute the company’s ambitious technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering an environment of continuous growth. Build and lead a high-performance team of 15-20+ developers.
Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technology and business roadmap.
Operational Excellence: Establish best practices and quality standards, driving compliance with execution processes and operational metrics.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Design scalable, resilient systems while championing customer-first principles and streamlining processes for agility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, analysts, and designers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
