- Identify and prioritize engagement opportunities with institutions that have provided strong enrollments previously.

- Manage logistics, travel, and materials for events.
- Funnel management for leads, applications, and admissions.
- Produce regular reports and contribute to the go-to-market plan.
Financial and Budget Management
- Monitor and optimize outreach budgets to ensure effective utilization.
Collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, counsellors, and coaching center heads.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Communications, Faculty, and Accounts teams.
Admissions Engagement
- Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into successful applications.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and their influencers.
- Assist in admissions-related activities and adhere to compliance standards.
External Representation
- Represent MIT WPU at professional bodies and community platforms to promote the brand.
- Build relationships with government agencies, societal groups, and other external stakeholders.
