Job OverviewThe Hosting Data Analyst/Litigation Support Analyst will work as part of a collaborative team, occasionally engaging with departments outside their own. They will extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.Key Responsibilities:Work as part of a team, collaborating with other departments on occasionExtract, transform, and load data to hosted platformsProvide exceptional customer service, including technical assistance via phone, email, and screen sharesAccount creation and sending invitations to end-users, occasional follow-up with platform walkthroughsDatabase creation and establishing permissions for customer use prior to providing credentialsInvestigate client inquiries on printing, search results, technical issues, etc.Pick up tasks from internal task systems, adhering to internal SLAsAttend team meetings and company town-hallsRequirements:Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience (3+ years)Strong knowledge/working experience of E-Discovery tools, especially RelativityProficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Microsoft ExcelAttention to detail, while managing multiple tasksCritical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work directionHigh technical aptitude or the ability to learn quicklyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
