Senior Finance ExecutiveJob Summary:We seek a Senior Finance Executive to oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within our organization.The ideal candidate will lead and manage AP and AR teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.Develop and implement process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.Drive automation initiatives to enhance AP and AR processes.Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes.Monitor AP aging and manage payment cycles to optimize working capital.Supervise collections and cash application processes.Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate account reconciliations.Support credit risk management in coordination with sales and credit control teams.Requirements:Proven experience in finance operations, preferably in AP and AR roles.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with financial systems, tools, and technologies.
