Position Summary:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's presence on social media platforms, creating and editing content, and driving audience engagement. You will collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and build a positive, active community across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, edit, and schedule daily social media posts, stories, reels, and other engaging content.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.

Audience Engagement & Community Building:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and create initiatives to build a positive and active community.
  • Encourage audience participation and foster meaningful interactions.

Analytics & Strategy Refinement:

  • Monitor social media metrics and engagement data to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and work with influencers to create content that resonates with the brand’s audience.
  • Brief influencers on brand guidelines and ensure collaboration aligns with brand values.

Cross-Platform Content Posting:

  • Post content across platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and others, ensuring consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to align campaigns across all channels.

Stay Updated on Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and implement best practices to optimize content.
  • Utilize social media management tools effectively to schedule and track posts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in editing reels, basic graphics, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and trends.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and engagement strategies.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
