We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to support smooth daily execution. a candidate who is well spoken and Proactive, with good communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of trampoline zones, rides, game areas, and facilitiesEnsure safety protocols, ride inspections, and maintenance checks are followedManage guest experience — monitor queues, respond to complaints, ensure cleanlinessSupervise and support staff, handle scheduling, training, performanceAct as Shift / Duty Manager when neededCoordinate with maintenance, events, marketing, and other teamsMaintain shift reports, incident logs, operational metricsRequirements / Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, hospitality, or related field2–4 years in operations / attractions / entertainment / guest services roleStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety procedures, inspections, risk managementComfortable working flexible hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + benefitsGrowth potential in a fun, dynamic industryHands-on experience in park operations & guest servicesTeam-oriented, supportive work cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceWork Location: In person
