Job Title: Experienced Safety TrainerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive safety training at our client's site.The ideal candidate will be stationed at one manufacturing plant for a minimum of 12 months.They should have extensive experience in the processing industry, strong trainer competencies, and sound knowledge of health & safety trainings.Key Responsibilities:Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential for this role.The successful candidate will have sufficient exposure to delivering versatile topics that benefit processing/manufacturing plants.They should be willing to adapt to the client's location for a period of minimum 12 months.Work experience in processing industry/manufacturing plants is required.Previous experience in training management staff up to contractor level participants is a plus.Domain subject matter expertise to provide effective solutions is necessary.A good track record with participants and stakeholder feedbacks is expected.The ability to develop contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level is required.To scale up participant skills/knowledge with good results is essential.Creativity to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant is needed.PASSION to transform training mechanism into safety performance of participants whom he/she trains is required.Requirements:Minimum 10 years experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain.Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree.Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards.Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety (e.g., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height and others).Language proficiency with Hindi and other regional languages.
