Enterprise Technical Architect

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced technical leader to spearhead technology strategy and solution design for large-scale enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, strong integration knowledge, and hands-on experience guiding technical teams through complex solution implementations.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, collaborating with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.This role requires the ability to lead and oversee complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and a seamless transition into Salesforce. Additionally, the candidate will design and govern the end-to-end data migration architecture, including metadata mapping, ETL/ELT workflows, handling high-volume datasets, phased migration waves, and robust validation frameworks.The technical leader will also be responsible for cutover and transition planning, ensuring downtime minimization, smooth parallel runs, robust validation checkpoints, and effective rollback strategies. Furthermore, they will define integration patterns, data models, data flows, and API strategies across enterprise systems, partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standards, and oversee the technical design of custom solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.Collaborate with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.Lead and oversee complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and a seamless transition into Salesforce.Design and govern the end-to-end data migration architecture, including metadata mapping, ETL/ELT workflows, handling high-volume datasets, phased migration waves, and robust validation frameworks.Cutover and transition planning, ensuring downtime minimization, smooth parallel runs, robust validation checkpoints, and effective rollback strategies.Define integration patterns, data models, data flows, and API strategies across enterprise systems.Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standards.Oversight of the technical design of custom solutions, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform automation.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration and platform architecture.Proven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systems.Strong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing/security models, and multi-cloud architecture.Experience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is a plus.Proficiency in DevOps/CI-CD, version control (Git), and environment management.Hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiences.Experience working in Agile enterprise delivery environments.Willingness to work on US shift timings.
