This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key part in shaping the next generation of tech talent.The specialist collaborates closely with trainers and cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the training lifecycle.About the Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team of experts who work together to deliver top-notch training programs.This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of learners and contribute to the growth and success of the company.In this role, you will be responsible for:Designing and executing quality audit frameworks for professional training programsConducting structured technical interviews to evaluate learners' proficiency in SQL, data engineering principles, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.Developing comprehensive assessments including quizzes and coding challenges and practical exercises to evaluate learners' understanding of the concepts and ability to apply them Reviewing and validating coding challenges by validating SQL queries, Python scripts, and data transformation logic, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Evaluating end-to-end data engineering and analytics projects, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboards.Delivering clear, actionable feedback that identifies strengths and provides guidance for technical skill enhancement.
