Job SummaryThe Software Testing Manager drives software testing against requirement specifications, use cases and user stories, as new software features are developed.This role involves owning the development of test scripts from use cases, user stories and other sources.Key areas of responsibility include:Owning software testing against requirement specifications, use cases and user storiesDeveloping test scripts from use cases, user stories and other sourcesAssisting the team in undertaking testing during development sprints and product releasesInteracting with business analysts/product owners and other customer representativesCollaborating with development team members to set up and run automated testsSupporting external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activitiesAccountable for the production and strategy of test management and automationThis is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership abilities, test strategy experience and the ability to mentor R&D team in QA and SDLC processes.
