Job Title: MarTech SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Technologist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of Adobe marketing solutions to deliver personalized customer experiences and actionable insights.You will work closely with global stakeholders/clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, IT) to design, execute, and optimize customer engagement strategies.Act as the primary client-facing expert for digital marketing technologies, guiding strategy and executionManage, configure, and optimize Adobe Solutions: Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Experience Platform (AEP), Launch, TargetPartner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, IT) to ensure digital marketing solutions align with business goalsBuild and maintain tagging strategies, data layers, and implementation of best practicesAnalyze customer data to generate actionable insights for campaign targeting, personalization, and engagementSupport and optimize A/B and multivariate testing strategies with Adobe TargetTroubleshoot and resolve technical and data issues in the digital marketing stackStay updated on industry trends, Adobe product updates, and best practicesProvide training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across internal teamsHands-on experience with Adobe Suite: Analytics, CJA, AEP, Launch, TargetStrong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, customer journeys, and personalizationFamiliarity with JavaScript, web tagging, and data collection frameworks (a plus)Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skillsExcellent communication & client-handling abilities, able to simplify technical conceptsRelevant Adobe certifications (preferred)Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
