The major responsibilities of the role include supporting recurring and ad-hoc analytics on key metrics as required by leadership, using automated data processing and visualization tools byBuilding new workflows and dashboards using Alteryx (or other EDA tools) and Tableau (or other visualization tools) respectivelyRefreshing and maintaining dashboards on Tableau, along with optimization of Alteryx workflowDeveloping expertise on key Bain data sources to deliver effective outputWhat you'll doApplies and builds technical expertise of Data Visualization and Data Analysis (EDA) tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc.Building new workflows and dashboards using Alteryx (or other EDA tools) and Tableau (or other visualization tools) respectivelyRefreshing and maintaining dashboards on Tableau, along with optimization of Alteryx workflowDeveloping expertise on key Bain data sources to deliver effective outputProblem SolvingUses structured approach to frame the problem, manage the work and define next stepsUses logic and reasoning to assess strengths and weaknesses of alternative data analytics approaches, to drive the output in day-to-dayworkStakeholder ManagementWorking directly with direct global stakeholders demonstrating effective communicationTranslate user requirements into required outputPerform recurring tasks independentlyAbout YouEssential FunctionsFirst class undergraduate/postgraduate from leading and reputed colleges. Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred2-4 years (graduates) or 0-2 years (post-graduates) of relevant experience working with large, multi-dimensional data sets and developing different types of visualizationsStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required along with working knowledge of data analytics software such as Alteryx, Tableau etc. as well as passion for automation of processes/reporting using these toolsExcellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion under tight deadlinesExperience with other BI Tools and demonstrate capacity to understand and/or adopt/learn new tools.
